Albany’s Historic Whaling Station

Albany’s Historic Whaling Station is the only experience of its kind in the world.

You can stand on the actual decks where the whales were processed, climb aboard and explore the last whale chaser in Australia, or stand underneath the skeleton of the last sperm whale harpooned in Albany.

You can enjoy a BBQ lunch or picnic in our undercover picnic area or dine at Whaler’s Galley Cafe.

We have a souvenir gift shop  and a playground for the kids.

You will need to allow about 3 hours to really enjoy all there is to see and do.
